Futa Pass
The Futa Pass, located in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines at 903 m above sea level, separates the valleys of the Mugello and the Santerno river, offering a spectacular viewpoint of the surrounding nature.
A place rich in history, always a crossroads between Tuscany and Romagna, the pass was an important connecting route since the Middle Ages. During the Second World War, it was the scene of the Gothic Line and today it houses an important German military cemetery. In addition, the pass is famous among motorcyclists who, every weekend, ride the road to admire the landscape and stop at this historic point.
The proximity to the Raticosa Pass makes the area an ideal tourist destination, rich in history and opportunities for lovers of motorcycles and nature.
